How it Works ...
The client pays 1% of
the properties purchase price, which reserves the property for
30 days.
The client is then entitled to a free viewing trip to
the Caribbean as detailed below (one trip per person per
property). |

Should the client decide
to purchase a property through us after the viewing trip in
either Barbados or St Vincent, then this 1% is taken off the
price of the property and the whole viewing trip to the
Caribbean is free*!
