Constructed by Dinevi & Co in June 2005, the complex is aimed for the more self sufficient client, who does not want a bar or pool within their building.

Due to the elevated position of the complex, the front facing, upper apartments have sea views.  The apartments are about 600m from the marina/sea front.

Vlas heights does not have a pool or any of the usual facilities associated with a Dinevi complex, the rest of the resort facilities will of course, be at your disposal.

These include the private sandy beach, gymnasium, tennis courts, car hire, shops and supermarkets, bureau de change and the several other bars and restaurants.
