How to Buy
Purchasing property at Bacolet Bay is a straightforward process split into several convenient stages.
- A refundable* deposit of $5000 is required upon signing the reservation agreement.
- Pre-mortgage application, if finance is required.

- Upon signing of your contract, 15% is due
