Delivery Policy: After confirming availability, we will notify you via email or by post that your payment has been received and tell you when you can expect your shipment of tickets.

Refund / Return Policy: Your viewing trip payment is fully refundable within 14 days unless the dates of departure are within 14 days. Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your viewing trip and do so within 14 days of reserving the trip, you can receive a full refund. After 14 days you can cancel your trip however no refund will be given. You can notify us of the cancellation by phone, email or post, receipt of your notification must be received within the 14 days.
