Facilities
Cotton Bay Village consists of a collection of 74 Luxury Villas ranging from 1,300-4,300ft2 in size and the state-of-the-art Casuarina Spa and Fitness centre, offering health and well-being treatments for the whole family. Kids have their own fun at The Hummingbird Kid's Club with an indoor and outdoor play area staffed by trained Montessori Child Caregivers while tweens and teens enjoy Club 16, serving up their own private club, movie room and game room.
You have plenty of dining choices. From fine dining at Piano Piano to barefoot elegance at The Beach Club. A convenience store to load up your pantry and The Bruschetti Deli for your morning coffee, home-baked goods and a great panini or salad. In-room dining is also available. If you're in the mood for a private dinner for two in your Villa - or you want to add a few friends to your private dinner party - a personal Chef will prepare your gourmet delights in your own kitchen. Your Butler, assigned for the evening, will serve and finish up all the housekeeping assignments at the end of the evening. Privileged access has been arranged for our guests to a wide variety of exclusive facilities and island experiences including water sports, scuba, kite surfing, nature hikes and island discoveries. The Property

The property also features an additional Guest Cottage, perfect for teenagers, a nanny or for an in-residence butler. This attractive 4 bedroom detached luxury villa with private pool is set within the beach front development of Cotton Bay Village. The gated development includes a world class spa, gym and two restaurants.
The Cotton House is a two-storey design with double vaulted ceilings set off by a stunning chandelier. The mahogany staircase takes you to a first-floor gallery from which three gorgeous en suite bedrooms are housed and is finished with Philippe Stark fittings. The master bedroom has a master dressing room en suite and a large sun terrace. This terrace is also designed to open up from the gallery, which is perfect for hosting guests or a house party. A drawing room sits below the gallery and a stylish covered dining terrace leads to an exterior sun deck, a garden with a dinning gazebo and private swimming pool. The ground floor also boasts a family TV room, en suite guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The Christians kitchen is beautifully appointed featuring an island topped with marble.
The Cotton House comes fully staffed with your Personal Butler and Maid. The Butler's duties include; the supervision of the Villa housekeeping, preparation of your breakfast, assisting you with shopping in the on-site Deli or Convenience shop and will assist in the preparation of light meals. The Butler can also assist with valet services and laundry. Butlers have the responsibility for all private functions and are available to live in. Our Butlers all hold valid Saint Lucia driver's licenses and can also assist you with car rentals and driving duties.
