Facilities
The villa sits in excellently maintained gardens with a stunning swimming pool complex (including children’s pool), all with spectacular Atlantic views. A large beautifully designed infinity swimming pool set in a palm tree garden environment is situated on the compex two minutes from the villa. It provides adult and childrens pools and has spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean. Fresh water showers are provided and the pool is surrounded by tastefully designed decking and grass areas with complementary seating and sun-loungers. Generally, the site is relatively lightly used and the pool area is normally quiet and tranquil. A purpose built boulle pitch is also available on site.
The Cavoiero area is renowned for its golf and there are a number of fantastic 18 hole courses within a short drive of the villa. The villa itself is built around a well maintained 9 hole course.
There are local restaurants within a short walking distance from the villa as well as in the centre of Cavoiero. Mouthwatering local delicacies include fresh sardines and shellfish, cataplana and delicious almond and fig sweets.
You can enjoy horseriding through orange and lemon groves in the beautiful Sives countryside, a short 15 minute drive from the villa. There is also scuba-diving nearby as well as two water parks and numerous spectacular coastal walks direct from the villa itself. There are a number of nearby and easily accessible high quality tennis courts and clubs.
Rentals
High demand for rentals as the Cavoiero area is renowned amongst the golfing community, with a number of courses within a short distance of the property. Many Europeans regularly spend their whole Winter in the area as it offers a pleasant, warm climate all year round. With numerous pristine beaches, local restaurants and shops nearby, the area also has great appeal to sun-seekers, walkers and families.
