Fractions at Tregrenna View are currently available with no management, running or service costs to pay for the first five years of ownership, giving you complete financial security during this period. We will cover all running costs for the property for this time including all mains services, furnishings, insurance, landscaping, council taxes and more.
The only sum that you will be required to pay, upon purchase, is a £1,000 property charge which will go into a maintenance fund along with the same amount from all other fractional owners in the property. This fund, which will remain in place for 5 years and will be managed by the management company, is explicitly reserved for general repairs or maintenance to the property or its grounds.
Tregrenna Barns Main Residence
Owners of fractions at Tregrenna Barn Main Residence will be responsible for running and service costs for their fraction of the property with the total amount being split between all owners at the end of each year.

The purchase procedure for buying fractions at Tregrenna Barns is very straightforward. If you would like to make a reservation, a refundable reservation fee of £1,000 will secure your fraction for 30 days while you carry out a viewing trip to the property and review your contract.
Upon signing of the contract, a non-refundable sum of £5,000 is due. You will then have nothing further to pay until all of the other fractions in the property have been sold, upon which the remainder of your purchase price will be payable. If, for any reason, all fractions are not sold within 6 months of the signing of your contract, your £6,000 will be refunded in full.
Finance
