Once a client has reserved a property with a £2000 deposit, the viewing trip is
free when organised by ourselves. However, should the client not wish to proceed
with their purchase after the viewing trip then only £1400 of the reservation
fee will be refunded. |

Included in our viewing trips
- A flight to Kualua Lumpur
- Accommodation in Port Dickson
in at least a four star hotel for 2 to 3 nights
(depending on flight availability)
- Full viewing trip of the resort
including the original Banyan Curve resort
- Rental income advice
- Help with opening bank
accounts, contacting a solicitor, arranging a mortgage
etc.

Should you already be visiting
Malaysia, we can arrange for you to meet us at one of our
offices, or pick you up from your hotel. You will have
