Italian Viewing Trips
 
Barrasford and Bird Worldwide offer inspection trips to Calabria, Italy. Please see below for full details.
 
Many companies are currently offering 'free viewing trips'. Where in essence you have to purchase your own flights and if you decide to buy through them, they then refund the value of the costs. We work differently.
To take the worry out of booking flights and having to pay high prices, we offer a set price for our viewing trip of £99 per person.

What's Included in our viewing trips

  • Flights to Italy from Stansted
  • Airport transfers to and from your hotel in Italy
  • Accommodation in our hotel for 3 to 4 nights
  • Transport around the local area taking in the sights, culture and lifestyle 
  • Transport to a selection of properties that suit you
  • Investment advice
  • Rental income advice
  • Help with opening bank accounts, contacting a solicitor, arranging a mortgage etc.
 

You will be met at Lamezia Airport by your personal guide and taken to your hotel. Once you have freshened up, we will then take you out for lunch and you will be shown around the area. Later that evening, we will  take you out to dinner in one of the many good quality local restaurants in the area.

After an overnight stay at the hotel, the next day is spent touring the area and sites of the developments. During the viewing trip days you will be able to taste, enjoy and experience the unique and delightful ambience of Italy.  All food and accommodation is included  whilst with our representative. You are under no obligation through the viewing trip and you will not be pressurised in any way.  We will of course arrange your inspection visit from start to finish, the information below is just for reference.

 

Our inspection flights currently fly from London Stansted. (Parking and location can be found on the BAA Stansted official website here)

For the winter 06 /spring 07 schedule Flights are on Friday and Monday giving you the option of a weekend (Friday to Monday) or a mid week visit (Monday to Friday) Your arrival airport in Italy is "Lamezia (SUF)".

If you do not live near Stansted

It is possible to fly from most UK and Irish airports to London Stansted. It is worth making the extra effort to take a visit while the property prices are so reasonable.

Once flights are easily available the price of property will have already increased in value making the inconvenience of visiting Stansted seem like a great investment!

If you would like to stay in a hotel the night before there are several hotels including the Holiday Inn Express (just 2 miles from the airport) which also offers cheap rates on car parking ,and a Travelodge (9 miles from the airport)

Should you already be visiting Calabria, we can arrange for you to meet us at one of our offices, or pick you up from your hotel. You will have your own consultant who will show you around, again with no obligation. We can arrange appointments to suit your schedule.
