How it Works ...

The client pays 1% of the properties purchase price, which reserves the property for 30 days.

The client is then entitled to a free viewing trip to the Caribbean as detailed below (one trip per person per property).

Should the client decide to purchase a property through us after the viewing trip in either Barbados or St Vincent, then this 1% is taken off the price of the property and the whole viewing trip to the Caribbean is free*!

What is included in the viewing trip; The viewing trip normally lasts for between 4 to 6 days

• Free flights to Barbados from a UK airport

• Accommodation in a four star hotel in Barbados

• Escorted viewing trip of the Barbados development

• Internal flights to St Vincent

• Accommodation in a four star hotel in St Vincent

• Boat trip along the West Coast of St Vincent to the site of Buccament Bay. Including free snorkelling and a meal at the set of the Pirates of the Caribbean.

• Return flight to Barbados

• Return flight to the UK
