At the request of our customers, we are delighted to offer 're-sales' in our complexes. These are apartments that have previously been purchased off-plan and the owner now wishes to sell on. All apartments are unfurnished unless otherwise specified.
All taxes and legal fees are included in the price. Basically, the costs are about 4% and this is split between the purchaser and vendor, as is the norm in Bulgaria. On top of taxes and legal fees, we charge 7% commission. The prices shown below include these costs.
